Cultural Activities

Cultural Activities are a mirror of the background of a community in terms of its culture. Through cultural activities the students are made aware of the their roots in which they should firmly believe to be complete. The role played by the participation of students in cultural activities is tremendous in the overall development of the personality.

The school concentrates on developing the folk talents among the students. The students are encouraged to participate in folk dances such as Bhangra, Gidda. Apart from this much heed is paid towards development and awareness about Indian culture as a whole.

The school regularly holds folk dance and singing competitions in which culture dances such as Dandia, Kathak, Rajasthani Dance, Himachali Dance etc. are performed.

Various measures are undertaken to awaken cultural awareness and to develop aesthetic senses through art, music, drama, debates etc. Participation in inter house/inter school/inter district competitions such as debates, elocution contests, quizzing, dramatics etc. is encouraged
